Meet Sergey Zhevlakov

Sergey Zhevlakov did not start his career in painting. He spent 5 years building a tech startup after earning his master’s degree. But during that time, he kept running into the same problem every homeowner runs into when they need work done on their home: finding a contractor who actually shows up, communicates clearly, and finishes what they started.

He had been around the painting trade since college, where he picked up a brush to help pay for school. He understood the work. What he could not understand was why so many contractors made the experience harder than it needed to be for the people hiring them.

So in 2023, he started Paint Pro's NW in King and Pierce Counties with a straightforward idea: deliver above-average results at average pricing, and make the entire process easy for the customer from the first phone call to the final walkthrough.

Today, Sergey lives in the King and Pierce Counties area with his wife and three kids. When he is not running the business, you can usually find him dialing in a new coffee roast at home. He still treats every project the same way he treated his first one: show up on time, keep the customer informed, and do not leave until the work is right.
