In 2023, tech startup marketplace manager Sergey Zhevlakov, encountered yet another poor contractor that completely disappeared mid job. So, after having this experience, he was inspired to start his own business. He picked the trade that he knew from his pre tech, college days. That’s how painting service business “Paint Pros NW” was born. What began as an owner operated business, quickly grew into one of the largest, most reputable painters in Federal Way area.

If there’s no active leak, we apply an oil-based primer such as Kilz to the affected ceiling areas before painting to ensure proper coverage and prevent bleed-through.
Do you paint vinyl windows?
No, we do not paint vinyl windows because the paint will eventually peel and compromise the finish.
What is the best finish for bathrooms?
Satin finish is ideal for bathrooms. It resists moisture, prevents mildew, and is easy to clean.
Do you remove popcorn ceilings?
Yes! We offer popcorn ceiling removal for an additional fee. Please note that the home must be completely empty during this process.
What is the best paint finish for trim?
We recommend a semi-gloss finish for trim and other high-traffic areas. It’s durable, easy to clean, and resists dirt, stains, and mildew.
Do you handle patchwork or repairs?
Yes, we take care of minor drywall repairs, such as cracks, small holes, and aging walls, to ensure a smooth, long-lasting finish. Significant repairs may require an additional fee.
